Shipping Charges

Our convenience fee includes packaging and delivery charges:

  • ₹70 for orders up to ₹1499
  • ₹50 for orders between ₹1500 and ₹2999
  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2999

In some cases, an additional logistics fee may apply for customers with a higher return history. This helps us continue providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. The additional fee may become zero with improved return records.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: Usually delivered within 7–10 business days

For orders containing multiple products, items may arrive separately depending on availability and shipping location.

While we always try to deliver on time, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may happen. If there is any delay, our team will keep you updated.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most products are eligible for return or exchange for domestic orders. Certain made-to-order or specially customized products may not be eligible for returns. Product-specific return details are always mentioned on the product page.

Please note:

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Easy Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days.

After successful pickup, your refund process will be initiated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours through the “My Orders” section.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to share bank details or UPI ID for refund processing.

Partial Returns

Yes, you can return individual eligible items from your order within 7 days of delivery.

Size Exchange & Fit Support

If your garment doesn’t fit perfectly, don’t worry. You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery through the “My Orders” section or by contacting our support team.

Depending on availability, we may also assist with minor alterations for domestic orders.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a return option instead.
